The Challenges
Fragmented and diffuse
Sportstech entered the partnership with an established Meta Ads account that was, however, characterized by a highly fragmented campaign structure, a uniform and unmanaged attribution logic, and a pure focus on direct sales. A high number of parallel campaigns led to inefficient learning phases and weak signal quality, while at the same time, neither an awareness layer nor a systematic lead channel was in place. Additionally, optimization was carried out exclusively on individual conversions without considering shopping cart value or profitability, and the creative approach was heavily static, meaning that existing performance potential was not fully leveraged.
our approach
Consolidate, content first, focus!
Our approach was not to perform isolated tuning, but to set up a holistic performance system that integrates all key levers. To achieve this, we radically consolidated the campaign structure to bundle signals and enable stable learning phases, while actively managing attribution logic by using different windows depending on the funnel phase. In addition, a full-funnel architecture with always-on campaigns, a video-driven awareness layer, and a new lead channel was built, and optimization was shifted to value instead of pure conversions. In parallel, we fundamentally developed the creative approach further and established video as a central performance driver to sustainably increase the efficiency and scalability of the entire system.

the result
Performance that convinces even professional athletes!
The results clearly show that the growth is a result of system improvement and not an increased budget: with only a +27% budget increase, revenue via Meta Ads was boosted by +119%, while the number of purchases increased by +148% and the cost per purchase decreased by −49%.
119%

+56%
ROAS growth
148%
More purchases compared to the previous year
